Where can I work at an animal shelter?

I'm 9 years old and I want to work at a animal shelter. But every shelter I look at is 16 and up. Does anyone know where I can find a shelter in LA near WestWood or Santa Monica

no but i also want to volunteer to work at a animal shelter animals r my life and i am 12 and were i live u have to be 13 or 14 years old

I'm 9 and i also want to volunteer at an animal shelter but it's always just 16 or 18 if anyone knows an animal shelter that takes 9 year olds please please please tell me as soon as possible.s
