I have the same problem, and if you are intrested in working with dogs, there is a place called Camp bow wow. It is a dog daycare. They are all over the U.S. and i think canada too. I'm not sure, but i think that you can volenteer to help play with the dogs or change the water or something........ it is something that i would do, and if my family wasnt allergic, i would do the same thing.
